Smile! You’re at the best WordPress.com site ever

IMG_0380We have arrived. We are Home. We are choosing to see life differently.

We now understand how progressive muscle relaxation, silence, meditation, mindfulness and gratitude changes everything in every aspect of our lives.

We are turning away from the negative ‘Back Noise’ that we spoke of on Day 1 of our Inward Journey towards the Real Me.

Choosing to be grateful means that we are paying attention to what is good and right, and ignoring what is not. Maintaining positive feelings towards self and the world in which we live allows us to become grateful of, and enthusiastic for, life. The root of the word enthusiasm is entheos which means ‘God Within’. Following the path of gratitude automatically broadens the state of mind into the realm of spirituality, which allows us to become aware of the power of Divine Transformational Love which lies dormant until awoken within the heart of every one of us.

When this awakening occurs perception changes: What previously appeared ordinary now becomes special. Attention shifts; things previously not observed will be seen with a sense of gratitude. Nothing seems accidental. Everything has a purpose, and that purpose is to foster spiritual growth. When we begin to see from this new perspective, our interaction with the world in which we live is energized. We will see the same news on the television; the same assistants will help us in the shops; the same person will deliver the post, but we will see it in a totally new light. Our appreciation of people and the work they do will change. Nothing will be ordinary any longer, although we still pay the bills, go to the shops, and spend time with  friends and family. Life becomes the most important thing to us. Everything we say, you will say is for Life. Everything we do, you do, we will do for Life and that Life is a manifestation of God’s Glory.  Marianne Williamson in her book ‘A Return to Love: Reflections of the Principles of A course in Miracles’  stresses that we are all born to ‘Manifest the Glory’ of God, a point so glowing emphasized  by Nelson Mandela in his 1994 Inaugural speech.

Born to Manifest the Glory

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate,

Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.

It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves

Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented and fabulous?

Actually, who are you not to be?

You are a child of God.

Your playing small doesn’t serve the world.

There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that

other people won’t feel insecure around you.

We are born to manifest the glory of God that is within us.

It’s not just in some of us; it’s in everyone.

And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously

Give other people permission to do the same.

As we are liberated from our own fear,

Our presence automatically liberates others.

Such beautiful words can only be spoken by a person who has ‘ come home’ and is living with their true selves the  ‘Real Me’ .

Such a person has cast of the shadow of Black Noise to let the brilliant light of Grace and Love shine .

Note to self

So that is it my friends. This is all I have to say about The Inward Journey in search of the ‘Real Me’ for now. Thank you so much for traveling with me. For all your likes, comments and awards. I really appreciate it.

Thank you so much Enlightened Angelshttps://scalesimple.wordpress.com.

My miraculous search continues.  I still have many question but few answers at this point in time, so I am going to take a break and when the time is right I will return.

In the meantime, the lighter aspect of my blog the Irish Mammy is in flying form.

I might even give her a separate platform as you guys seem to like it so much and to be very honest with you I absolutely LOVE writing it and what a start to a week!!

 Early rising at 6am!

So until next Monday,

Have a great week you guys,

Love and hugs
